Digital Products Refund Policy

All products sold through the Catholic Bros Digital Library are digital products delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Because digital products cannot be returned once they have been delivered or downloaded, all sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable.

However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, receive an incorrect file, are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, or experience another issue with your order, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, may provide a replacement file or refund.

Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase to ensure that the digital product meets your needs and that your device supports the file format provided.

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and do not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
